Terms of Trade

At Uldplaiden you can shop simply and safely. We offer free shipping to the nearest parcel shop for purchases over 699.- in Denmark, 1400.- in Sweden, as well as lightning-fast delivery. Below you can see our complete terms and conditions!

Uldplaiden.dk is an online store. When you shop with us, the Danish Consumer Protection Act's defect rules apply to all purchases from Uldplaiden. If you want to complain about your purchase, you should always start by contacting our customer service department, either by emailing salg@uldplaiden.dk or by calling +45 25 40 66 40.

ORDER

All prices on the website include VAT and other taxes. Prices are in Danish kroner when you shop on the Danish site, Prices are in SEK when you shop on the Swedish site. When you shop with Uldplaiden.dk, agreements are made in Danish or Swedish.

We sometimes experience that some particularly popular products are sold in such large quantities in a short time that our inventory system cannot update the webshop quickly enough, or that for other reasons there are errors in the number of units stated on the webshop. This may mean that the number of items ordered in total cannot be delivered.

Packaging and environmental responsibility ♻️

At Uldplaiden.dk we focus on making things as simple and responsible as possible.
That's why we purchase all our packaging through Stock Emballage , which is registered and responsible for meeting the Danish rules on extended producer responsibility (EPR) for packaging.

This means that:

  • Stock Packaging ensures that the packaging is reported and handled in accordance with applicable environmental requirements.
  • We can use our resources to deliver good products – with the certainty that the environmental responsibility for the packaging is in order.
  • As a customer, you can rest assured that our packaging will be part of the circular economy.

Packaging tax

All web orders at uldplaiden.dk From 2025, a packaging fee of DKK 5 will be imposed. This applies to both orders sent with our shipping company and orders picked up at our office.

RIGHT OF CANCELATION

We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal on all products. The right of withdrawal is valid from the time the customer receives their item or receives notification that it is ready for collection. As a consumer, you can cancel the purchase after you have tested the item. However, as a consumer , you are liable for any deterioration resulting from use that is deemed unnecessary to assess the product's properties. Remember not to test the item differently than you would test it in a store. If the value of the item has been reduced by use, for example, by stains, the smell of smoke or sweat, scratches or missing packaging , we have the right to assess how much sales value the item has lost and deduct this amount from the refund. The decrease in value is assessed individually and from time to time and can in some cases be 100% if the item cannot be sold again. Remember that the packaging is often an essential part of the item, and make sure to send it back with you - therefore do not attach the return label to the packaging, as this can reduce the value of the product!

A return can take up to 14 days to process , and the 14-day processing time only applies from the time we receive the package. Please note that you as the customer are responsible for ensuring that we receive the return. When requesting a return, you must be able to prove that you have sent the package back, so remember to save the package receipt and send it with GLS, Post Nord or another secure shipping company.


Please note: Goods returned on delivery, without delivery or sent without postage will be refused.


As a customer with us, you must pay for the return shipping yourself when you return a working item. We also recommend that you send the product back in the original packaging - box or shipping bags, as lack of original packaging can reduce the assessment of the item's sales value. You have three alternatives when you want to send a package back to us:

Remember to enclose the return form - Download PDF for returns here on which you write your order number and how you want your receivable paid out. e.g. with another item or the money back. If you have paid by credit card, we will transfer the money directly back to your card. Please note that the money cannot be paid out to another account. Remember to state on the receipt whether we should transfer the money to you, or whether you want another item or a credit note. We are happy to exchange your item, remember to buy shipping for your return shipment.


Uncollected packages

Unclaimed packages are stored for 3 months.

If you do not pick up your package and it is sent back to Uldplaiden, we will be charged a fee from either PostNord or GLS of 49 DKK for DK and 72.- SEK for Swedish orders for the return to Uldplaiden. Unfortunately, we have to charge you as a customer this fee if you do not pick up your package.

Please send your return package with GLS for return. Note: We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery, We do not collect return packages from parcel shops.

SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY

Delivery will be made using the selected shipping method. Delivery time may vary depending on what you have selected.
If you are not available at your business or private address, a notice will be left stating which parcel shop you can pick up the package from. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Greenland and the Faroe Islands from Uldplaiden .

Freight to Sweden

We ship orders throughout Sweden with PostNord and GLS.
The shipping price depends on the chosen delivery method:

  • PostNord Parcel Shop: 125 SEK

  • PostNord Home Delivery: 200 SEK

  • GLS Parcel Shop: 144 SEK

We offer free shipping on purchases over 1400 SEK (after discounts).

Delivery time:

  • PostNord: 1–5 business days

  • GLS: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and time of year. You will always receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by bank/credit card, Mobile Pay, you must contact customer service via email to place an order. Please note that there is an invoice/administration fee of DKK 50 when paying with an EAN invoice. 
• Bank/credit card
We accept Visa/DK, Visa electron, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express and JCB. All transactions are sent encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are completely secure. For maximum security, we also use 3DSecure. Card purchases are subject to the provider's fee. The money is deducted from your card as soon as the item is shipped. You can also choose to pay through MobilePay.
• Invoice - applies only to businesses.
You will then pay by invoice, where you have 8 days to pay. You must be over 18 years of age and must not have any payment notes in order to use invoice payment. The delivery address must be the same as your national registry address. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee will be charged in the amount permitted by law, i.e. currently DKK 100, as well as late payment interest of 7% + applicable reference interest. Please note that the reminder fee will be sent without prior notice. A general credit check will be carried out without a copy for information.
• Anyday
The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of 300,- DKK or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we will deduct the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly payment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly payments starts from four months and may vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The size of each payment is determined by the total amount of your order, your chosen flex payment and the specific payment plan you have chosen. Remember that if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will accrue. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will be automatically canceled. HOW TO SHOP AT ULDPLAIDEN

When you shop at Uldplaiden , you must go through the following steps: 
1. Select the item(s) you want to purchase and add them to your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout.
2. Choose payment method and shipping
3. Enter your personal information
4. Accept our terms and conditions
5. Check that all information is correct and approve the purchase


ORDER CONFIRMATION


You will automatically receive an order confirmation once your order has been processed. If you have not received this, always check your spam filter first.

In connection with purchases on the website, we pass on information about your name and email to companies that conduct satisfaction surveys and reviews, currently Trustpilot. These companies can therefore send an invitation on our behalf to rate us on their website. The purpose is that you as a customer can state your rating and review to other consumers, and that we can improve our service and products. Since it is part of the terms and conditions, we use "fulfillment of contract/agreement" cf. Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation. You are of course not obliged to make a review, if you choose to do so, TrustPilot becomes the data controller for the information provided.

24 MONTHS RIGHT TO COMPLAINT

It is important to us that the goods you receive are free from defects upon delivery. You have a 2-year warranty on all products for manufacturing and material defects (defects). If you receive a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide a detailed description of the defect. It will then be possible to have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation. This of course assumes that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior. 

The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly resulting from improper use, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions.

In case of complaints, always first contact our customer service department at salg@u ldplaiden .dk or by calling 70 20 96 50. If your complaint is justified, we will send a return label that covers shipping costs. Otherwise, you must pay all transport costs, including our shipping costs for returning the item after the examination. Please note that it is important that the package is returned with this label! Please also note that it can take up to 14 days after you have notified us of the return before you have a new product or your money back. Please note that purchased shipping on delivery is not returned.

HOW FAST SHOULD I ADVERTISE?

The law says that you must complain within what they call a "reasonable time". We always recommend that you complain as soon as possible so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

SECURITY & CONFIDENTIALITY

We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which means that all orders are encrypted, i.e. completely secure. 
Uldplaiden.dk guarantees that we will never transfer your personal information or your email address to third parties unless there are special circumstances that justify this, for example, if the police, prosecutor's office or similar require information.

In order to enter into an agreement with us via the website, you must register with the following personal information:

If you pay by invoice, it is also necessary to provide your CPR number. Uldplaiden .dk does not have access to your CPR information. Personal information is registered with Uldplaiden and stored for 5 years, after which the information is deleted. All employees at Uldplaiden have access to the information registered about you. We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted. Information provided to www. Uldplaiden .dk is not disclosed or sold to third parties in any way.
