How do I return a product?
At Uldplaiden you are responsible for returns yourself, so if you find a defect in the item(s) or if you have regretted your purchase, you can contact us by email at salg@uldplaiden.dk or by phone. We will help you as soon as possible.
We have a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your package.
Remember to fill out the return form!

REMEMBER to check "YES" in "Delivery to business address"
If the package is not business, we will not receive it - we do not accept return packages from DAO.
