At Uldplaiden you are responsible for the return yourself, so if you find a defect in the item(s) or if you have regretted your purchase, you can contact us by email. sales@uldplaiden.dk or by telephone. Then we will help you as soon as possible.

Fill out the "RETURN FORM" and include it in the package with the item so we know what you want.

Returns must be sent with GLS or Postnord in order for us to receive the return.

REMEMBER to select "Delivery to business address"
If the package is not commercial, we will not receive it and we will not accept returned packages at the parcel shop.

We offer 14-day right of withdrawal on all products.

A return can take up to 14 days to process, and the 14-day processing time only applies from the time we receive the package. Please note that you as the customer are responsible for ensuring that we receive the return.

Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging so that they can be sold to another customer.

Please note: We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery. We do not collect return packages from parcel shops.
