The Covid-19 situation has hit world production, and that means higher prices!
The Covid-19 pandemic has ravaged the world since 2020, and has had a major impact on world trade, and thus prices are now rising, and we have to keep up with this. The reason and reason for the rising prices is therefore a combination of several different factors. Corona led to a general decline in raw material production in 2020, and it became more difficult to transport raw materials around the world, which has led to higher shipping prices worldwide.
The development creates a fear of raw material shortages, and this causes subcontractors to buy and trade more in order to secure good and sufficient goods for their production. This goes wrong, and when supply then falls while demand increases, prices around the world skyrocket.
This means that raw materials have become more expensive, transportation has become more expensive - and suppliers and manufacturers are under pressure and cannot keep up!
This has also forced us to raise our prices slightly, but here at Uldplaiden we are still passionate about offering you the best, most beautiful and softest blankets at the best prices on the market!
