At Uldplaiden.dk we are proud to offer high quality products, produced with care and respect for traditional craftsmanship. Our mission is to deliver beautiful, durable and functional products that are created in Europe, with the exception of our luxurious alpaca blankets, which come from Peru.

European Production

The vast majority of our blankets are produced in Europe, where we collaborate with manufacturers who have years of experience in transforming natural fibers into soft and warm blankets.

The majority of our wool plaids are woven in Ukraine, where skilled craftsmen create beautiful textiles with great expertise and passion. By working with manufacturers in Ukraine, we support the local industry and help preserve the proud weaving traditions of the region.

Alpaca Blankets from Peru

Our alpaca blankets are an exception, as these exclusive products are produced in Peru. The alpaca wool comes from the highlands of the Andes, where the alpacas graze freely and live in natural conditions. Peruvian weavers have generations of experience in processing alpaca wool, and the result is an unrivaled softness and warmth that only alpaca wool can deliver.
